Since May 2000, he living his passion for the sustainable enjoyment and for cooking in his own Seeblick Genuss und Spa Resort Amrum. 

Here he conjures with his young, ambitious team the finest dishes from gourmet meal to traditional specialties.

And if he happens to not be found in the kitchen, he’s probably picking nordfriesische Wild oysters. Because the wild oyster grow here protected in Schleswig-Holstein Wattenmeer between Sylt, Amrum and the mainland. It is sold as Sylter Wilde. Tides determine sampling times of this handpicked product.

He spends time with his beloved children or on the football field. He kicks with the Gastro kickers and he is a member of the national team of chefs and restaurant .
