The journey: The travel is already a slice of holiday.<\/h1>\n<\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n

You arrive in Dageb\u00fcll. The ferry is waiting, gulls are circling, the air tastes of salt. You go on board, step out onto the deck, feel the wind. The ferry sets off \u2013 and you let go. The North Sea breeze clears the head, the sea calms, and the island draws nearer.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n

By ship<\/h3>

From April to October:
\nFrom Nordstrand \/ Strucklahnungsh\u00f6rn with the MS \u201eAdler-Express\u201c operated by the shipping company Adler-Schiffe. You can leave your car in the car park for free and enjoy your car-free holiday. <\/p>\n

By car<\/h3>

By car to the island? We recommend booking a parking space on the ferry by calling 04681\/800 or online. <\/p>\n

Arriving in Wittd\u00fcn, follow your satnav to Norddorf; right in the middle of the pedestrianised zone you will find our Strunwai.<\/p>\n

Parking: On-site parking spaces and two EV charging stations (for a fee) are available at the hotel.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n

By train<\/h3>

As far as Dageb\u00fcll and onwards by ship. <\/p>\n

Tip: Book your journey including the ferry with Deutsche Bahn. DB luggage service in conjunction with a valid rail ticket. Delivery takes place after three working days. <\/p>\n

Possible by motorail train from L\u00f6rrach and Munich to Hamburg-Altona.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n

By plane<\/h3>

From April to October: By private aircraft or scheduled flight to Sylt (Sylt Airport) or Wyk auf F\u00f6hr (Wyk Airfield).<\/p>\n

From Sylt H\u00f6rnum to Amrum with the MS \u201eAdler-Express\u201c or the MS \u201eAdler IV\u201c. <\/p>\n

All year round: From Wyk auf F\u00f6hr via W.D.R. ferry to the island of Amrum.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n

On the ferry: Letting go included.<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n

The crossing from Dageb\u00fcll to Amrum takes about 90 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the connection \u2013 correspondingly longer for trips with a stopover on F\u00f6hr. In the summer months, there is sometimes a faster catamaran connection.<\/p>\n

Make the most of the time: go on deck, take a breath, and watch as the mainland gets smaller and the island gets bigger. The holiday starts now at the latest.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n

Arrived on Amrum<\/h2>

Scheduled bus: As far as the terminus in Norddorf and then approx. 200 m to the hotel.<\/p>\n

Chauffeur service: You are welcome to arrange your pick-up time in advance with the Amrum chauffeur service \u201eAmrum A nach B\u201c on 0171 3287237. Further information can be found at www.amrumfahren.de.<\/p>\n

By car: From the ferry onto the island, straight ahead through the villages of S\u00fcddorf and Nebel until you reach Norddorf. At the first crossroads, turn left into D\u00fcnemwai and go to the very end. Here, turn right into Fleegamwai, and drive along the street until you reach the pedestrian zone (Strunwai).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n
