The local spa tax will be charged to your room on arrival. We will send you the relevant spa card before your arrival. During the booking process, a deposit of 80% will be charged using your chosen payment method.

All rooms are strictly non-smoking units. In the event of a violation, we will charge a cleaning fee of €350.

Local breakfast buffet from 7:30 to 10:00 am. For those who like to lie in, we are happy to serve breakfast at the table until 12:00 noon upon request – at no extra charge.

With the „feinheimisch" breakfast, the name says it all: as much as possible comes from producers in the north – fresh, seasonal and regional. A great start to a day on the island simply begins right at the buffet.

Access to swimming pools and saunas included. Bathrobes and towels are gladly provided.

Island Wi-Fi on the island and parking space at the house included.

3-course set menu, changing daily – 43 EUR per person / day.

This includes a choice of dishes for each course (fish, meat and vegetarian options available, unfortunately no vegan menu) and costs €43.00 per person per day. If you book this menu directly for EVERY day of your stay, we will charge you only €38.00 per person per day for the menu. Your binding booking makes planning and purchasing food easier for us, which is why we are offering you a small price advantage – however, the menu can then no longer be cancelled.
